Any recommendations besides Adwords and Bing?

Hi guys,

I've been running CPA for a while and would love some feedback/advise from other marketers as well.

I have a small question: what are your best recommendations besides Bing and adwords?

Are you guys having great or even better results than these 2?

I find Bing a pain in the butt once they ban you for whatever reason (like, literally you wake up one day and your account is disabled)

Adwords is good but if you're not cloaking, you're losing big money.

  You're absolutely right, the biggest mistake is to expect big results from little budget.
  
  Also, I noticed that most people do not capture the leads, they simply send them to a "pre-sell" page and that's it. Of course they could be using re-targeting but very few actually build funnels and capture them.
