    Anyways, to answer your question, I wouldn't build anything.

    I would use it to scale my current websites up by creating respective Adwords campaigns.

    I would put them all in the market where my CTR is the highest one so that it increases even more. Don't see a reason spending on things you see are not working properly and is not bringing any benefit.

    Create a review website with sign up incentive and autoresponder directing to the affiliate link. Then just use Google AdWords.
