Bing Shopping Campaigns - Lower Impressions and Clicks

I have imported Google Shopping Campaigns to Bing before about a month. There are 191610 active items on Google Merchant Center and all of them show on Bing Merchant Center too.

But still I receive very low impressions and clicks for Bing Shopping Ads (please refer the stats below for the last 07 days).

I am not sure if is any technical issue with my Bing Shopping Campaigns or this is because Bing search volume is naturally lower than Google search volume.

So can you guys help me?

Further how can I find the Catalog that related to each Bing shopping campaign?
