Hello..
What are the rules and guidlines that I can use so as to master PPC campaigns

    Hello marsh, this is a very broad question.
    The typical suggestions are.
    -Try not to break any TOS, this is crucial, you do not want your account banned.
    -Always, use landing pages, you can direct link with bing ads though, but I suggest doing some squeeze/landing pages for your offers.
    -Try to keep your QS to a maximum, have the ad be relevant with your keywords as well with you landing page.

    And that's basically it! The thing with any traffic source is test, test, and keep testing!

    And ALWAYS, make sure to track everything.

    Obey the rules no matter Google, Yahoo or Windows ads platform.
    Get good quality ad traffic, also good result.
    Detect the ad clicks, traffic anytime you can.
    Test and protect your traffic.

    rinse , repeat , test

    You need this two things:

    1. Get a proven course about the topic and make sure their is enough of reviews and positive words about it

    2. Study the advertisement guidelines and rules of the PPC network you want to use and make sure that you follow the rules

    If you new in Search Engine Marketing Platform its good you have to follow google/bing adwords blogs & other blogs to know about rules & guidelines on PPC.

    • make sure your product or service has enough profit margin and your offer is compelling enough to actually make PPC feasible; even with best practices sometimes PPC is not the answer
    • sign up as a Google Partner and take the AdWords exams
    • make sure you know the competitive landscape of whatever you are trying to sell; use spyfu or semrush
    • find good reporting and analysis tools that will help you to distinguish your services
    • try to know the story you will tell before you implement campaigns, and know how to tell a story from the data (top down & bottom up)
    • keep doing it better and if you can afford it, then go to a good conference such as pubcon to learn more, network, and grow your business
