You're going to find that most of the PPC sellers, especially Google and Bing don't allow direct linking.

You can get away with it until you get caught, then you can get slapped or banned.

But, have you thought of this? Build a squeeze page on Facebook and you can link to your Facebook as far as I know. A human reviewer might still slap it, but maybe not.

It's not true that Google, Bing, or any of those don't allow direct linking to a squeeze page. But they do want you to have actual content on the page, as well as links to the appropriate policies they require and active navigating links.

Bing is the most lenient out of all advertising platform.

You may face account bans if you do it for Google and
    a warning from Facebook.

Repeated violations will ultimately result in bans from
    Facebook too.

Yes it is true that your account are going to get slapped whenever it gets under manual reviews, best way is either you redirect smartly or cloak.
Secondly, you will need multiple accounts for this thing to carry on for Adwords and FB etc.

If you need any help in this regard or need multiple accounts PM me.

    Thanks

Cloaking and redirecting are both black-hat methods you don't want to mess with. It's basically fooling a review stuff into thinking that you are promoting a page that is totally white-hat, it doesn't break any rules and so on.. but as soon as they approve your ad campaign you change the url to some other site that clearly violates their rules..

    Hey there,

It will be much better to send traffic to a landing page or squeeze page. Like mentioned direct linking could get your account banned. Why would you want to direct link the vendor sales page anyways? There are 1000's of affiliates doing this and not making much money at all.

You want to do what your thinking, make it unique & stand out as an individual marketer. Your customers will be more responsive and you can add a lot of value from a well crafted landing or squeeze page.

            Disclaimer
            privacy policy
-Privacy policy (make sure it includes how their email address will be used and how to opt out).
            -Terms of Service (or Use)
-Any applicable disclaimers. These will vary based on what you are doing - affiliate disclaimer, medical disclaimers for health related products, legal advice disclaimers, financial disclaimers, etc.

Then you want to have a couple navigational links, like to a Home page, contact page, about us page. If your squeeze page is on a site where you actually have a website up, this is easy, just put links to those pages. If not, make up a basic home page and put a Home link on your squeeze page, just so it looks like it's an actual website and not just a place for someone to put in an email address. You can put the contact and about us on the squeeze page if you want or you can make basic pages for those and put links to them. There just needs to be someplace (at least a home page) that the person can navigate to on your site from the squeeze page.

Make sure you do not use an exit pop and that they can hit the back button or close the page without interference. Then put some content related to the subject on the page and just make sure you are not violating any other policies, like making claims ("Enter your email here to become a millionaire!" for example).

for the home page, does it actually have to have a lot of content, or I just need a link on the squeezepage to a "homepage", but in reality on that page I can basically just have a paragraph and a picture or something...

It doesn't have to have a lot of content, but it should look like it's a legitimate website. Depending what you're promoting, they may look at it closer in a manual review. So it doesn't have to be a long page but make it look like it's reasonable for a homepage. Different companies have a wide variety of homepage layouts so if you don't want to write articles, just make it look professional. Many businesses don't have articles on their homepage, just info about their business.
