Is It Smart To Focus On PPC for 1 Industry?

I want to only offer PPC for 1 industry. That means I can only offer PPC services to 1 person in each area of say 25 miles radius.

Other than that, is this a flawed business model?

For example, PPC agency just for Personal Trainers.

thx

integrity is no 1 in business, limiting your clients in the same industry to just 1 is fine because if the client knows that, he'll appreciate you, moreover if the result is great.

But, I think you can offer it to some clients in the same niche but different segment.

Let's say if you have gym personal trainer, you can offer 2 slots , 1 for just women personal trainer, the other 1 for men personal trainer.. YOu can still offer 2 more on top of this, 1 for higher price, 1 for cheaper price.

The key is about different segment.. if you can see what I see here, that's great.

Sounds like a plan, by offering your service to a specific niche companies you can easily stand out from the crowd( other agencies) and also ask for premium prices for your service.

That is a very good Idea and you are likely to make big returns. You earn a lot of trust from the one you are dealing with, you get to have a good relationship and not likely to disappoint them. But this does not limit you only to him or her, you can provide another service but a different one to other people. thanks

Thank you soo much. I'm going to do it. The downside is it doesn't seem to be a long term strategy as once a niche campaign is setup, niche people can cancel my contract and still keep the winning account structure inside their adwords. So I think that will drive cost up if we're all competing with the same account structure, for the same keywords.

    But will see. Thanks again.

That's why you have to continuously improve conversions & constantly upsell on new solutions that increase their revenue.
