Ad extensions for mobile and desktop

For PPC search only ads - I would like to use a call extension on ads that show on mobile and site link extensions on ads that show on desktop.
I would like to use the same keywords for both the mobile and desktop ads.
What is the best way to organize the keywords, ads, ad groups and campaigns to achieve this?
It appears that I cannot have multiple ad groups that use the same sets of keywords.
Thanks!

    Hi Tread Labs,

I suggest that you create a Call-only campaign for your mobile ads. Then create a separate campaign for desktop ads setting the mobile bid adjustment to -100%.

That structure will allow you effectively target each device type separately.

Why do you want to use the same keywords in different ad groups? Only one of your ads will show anyways. In this case your keywords and ads would be competing with each other.

      Hi Bright,

I thought he did an adequate job of explaining why he wanted to use the same keywords in different ad groups. He indicated he wants to target Mobile devices in one ad group and desktop devices in the other ad group.

The reason he wants to use different ad groups for each segment is so that he can write ads that specifically target each segment, and I imagine that he will wants to optimize each ad group separately, I know I would.
