Help! Tracking Adwords- postback To max Bounty

Hi,
I Am running a campaigns via google for max bounty and im trying to track conversions.
Google AdWords basically gives a java scrips (or no script) code to implement on the page where the conversion has been made. but max bounty support only postback url.
Can the 2 be integrated?

    I would think twice about promoting affiliate networks on Google. There's a real fine line between saftey and account bans with google. Bing might be better to consider.

    That being said. That's where trackers come into play.

    are the trackers that come to mind, there are more out there.

    But really if you are asking this question. I would move operations from adwords to bing and not risk an account ban on google.
