Facebook ad account Disabled !?

Hello !
Yesterday i created my first ad campaign on Facebook , everything was good , but when i placed the order , and i added my Credit Card , i received this notification from Facebook



i contacted facebook from appealing link :
https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/531795380173090

But is that going to fix my problem ?
please if anyone know how to fix this , help me !

    It could be few things real quick...

    1-ad or product is not allowed or content advertising is not allowed

    2-they have been doing spot checks on drivers license now and then (where they want copy but cover personal info) over past year. If asking for it, you just scan and attach.

    Either Way...would suggest emailing them several times to get response

      i was promoting my android app , i sent to them my scanned government id twice !

    Like i said, i would continue to email. When they did drivers license check on me few months back, i literally had to email half dozen times to get back up.

    I had that. I committed the terrible crime of submitting an ad promoting a diet program. They asked for my ID so I sent them it. Got a reply saying my 5 year old account was banned and I was told not to create another. I submitted an appeal and am still waiting to hear back. That was a long time ago. Facebook are useless!

      yes i agree , useless but it's the most used to get a targeted & high quality customers or fans or whatever you are targeting !
