    Hi

I would target exact match keywords and find out exactly where your sales are coming from ?

Are you using tracking software ?

Are you direct linking or using landing pages ?

Bing works extremely well. You really should be gathering leads rather than direct linking. You can convert a lot more of that traffic on the backend as people warm up to you.

Of course you want to be marketing products with a good epc. Check the jv page for that and if you don't see it then sent a email to the vendor asking what his or her's earnings per clicks are.

In the past I promoted sales pages that looked like they would convert to me but the truth was the other way around.

Thats a great point, the member above you pointed at something similar, i should really be using the ads to direct traffic to my own landing page so i have a constant 'buyers list'

That was my experience with direct linking to CB, spending up to $10-$20 and not making a single sale.

What match types are you bidding on?

        It depends.

If you bid on phrase, you are more likely to get more relevant clicks.

Broad match gets more impressions and clicks, but with broad the search term that the person types in doesn't even have to be in the keyword that you bid on.

I would only recommend bidding broad if you are using tracking.

Although you have some days where you don't make a sale, do you have a positive ROI overall with direct linking?

Thats a really good point, maybe i could experiment with different search bids and see if i have any more luck... i do normally have a positive ROI for direct linking so thats something to build off i guess !

If you don't mind me asking how exactly are you using bing ads to promote clickbank products? Also are you promoting one or many products? Bing is not yet in my traffic getting strategy right now but it was in the past.It all really depends in your marketing mechanism. Share some details perhaps we can actually share something that can help improve your results.

No course not i am just experimenting with different products at the moment, trying to find the best converting products for the cheapest bids, i havent yet found that '1 or 2 products' that convert all the time, maybe theres no such product that converts every day then again there probably will be and i just havent found it yet ha

Here is the result from one of my students' campaign.

This is NOT an overnight success story.

You need to invest alot of time and be persistent in seeing this through
or it won't work for you.

Thats also really encouraging... i know you wont want to give away your secrets but have you anything to share/advise for a 'newbie' please, even if its just the best value for money search bid, for example is bidding for broad search better or worse than phrase, in your opinion ofcourse, any help will be a massive help, thankyou.

Best advice I can personally give is to gather as many keywords as possible...

And start off by bidding low then gradually increasing your bids.

That way you get some extremely targeted yet cheap clicks.

Thats some really good results.. and I have been promoting only lead gen offers on Bing Ads and getting good profits by experimenting with my landing pages. One thing I noticed that adding Geo script and timer works really well

Some the most targeted and cheapest clicks you can find.

The only thing it lacks is volume, but that's what Facebook is for.
