You can have 2 campaigns one on Facebook with $3 per lead and one on Bing with $1 per lead. Which one is better? Could be any.

PPC is great to get some fast traffic and test your offer. I am not sure it is a "Budget-friendly advertising". Most platforms have bidding systems to decide the price so the competition is usually high for good keywords.

PPC is a great way of advertising which does not require you to spend much money and increases your online traffic. PPC campaign published frequently and bring targeted traffic to your website. Also PPC helps to promote your website, it increases local searches and it helps to choose a place where your ads appear.
