Is there a way to target Facebook ads by intersection of interests, rather than union?

For example, say I want to target those who like "Travel" AND "Literature". The way I understand it, currently if I put "Travel" and "Literature" as the target interests, it targets those who like either "Travel" OR "Literature".

These are different niches you cannot target them at once.

As I see it it's pretty clear you can use AND - OR when you target your audience. You can use any number of interest with AND in between. If you include the interests in the same box it acts as OR. You can also exclude people with specific interests/demographics/behavior.

INCLUDE people who match at least ONE of the following
    • Interests > Additional Interests
      • Travel

and MUST ALSO match at least ONE of the following

    • Interests > Entertainment > Reading
      • Literature
EXCLUDE people who match at least ONE of the following

    • Demographics > Generation
      • Baby boomers (US)

Under interests you can choose to "narrow your audience further" and choose multiple interests that intersect.
