Facebook Ads: Direct mail marketer seeking help. $20k+ average profit per conversion.

Hi all -

I'm used to paying $80-$100 per lead through direct mail, and I'm happy to do it. My average profit per deal is $20k, and it takes about 25 leads to close one deal. Right now my ROI is about 20x, so for every dollar I spend on marketing, I'm getting $20 back in profit. We're closing 4 deals next month, but I want to scale to 10 deals per month by the end of the year.

I tell you this because I know I can do much better with online ads, and I'm ready to focus on Facebook. I understand how everything works, but I need help getting set up because I do not have time to do it. I've wasted time with a couple different people now, and I want to find someone who can knock this out of the park. I'm currently using Adespresso and I really like it. Any advice from you pros is much appreciated.

Since you don't have the time to learn yourself, hire an agency that manages high budgets(millions). You can check out the most popular Facebook articles, usually the writers also have agencies and take clients.

Facebook has a new format called lead ads. It automatically fills in the person's email address to get more information. Definitely worth a try!
