    Okay some questions and tips:

How many adgroups do you have?

    What is your quality score?

How many ad variations do you have in ach adgroup?

You also need to try putting in in all match types into your campaign. Bing is good with modified broad match, and when optimised converts better in many cases than Exact and Phrase match.

You could also try bidding for Mainline 2-4 rather than mainline 1 position because CPCs will be lower and they convert just as well.

Also use the Bing Ads Intelligence tool which is a plugin that loads with Microsoft Excel you can use this to look at keyword performance like clicks, searches, average CPC, impressions, it's much better than Adwords's keyword tool.

Hello and thank you for your response
Adgroups : I have one adgroup.
Quality Score : I have some keyword with 6/10 and other 7/10.
I promote 'Red Smoothie Detox Factory' they have a beautiful landing page and this is not my product i use just direct linking! any way I will try to do what you told me, and I'll share with you the results soon, if you have another recommendation does not hesitate to share with me.

I know that the niche is very competitive but you have to tried everything, I don't care if I lose a little money, the key is to try

Also are you direct linking to CPA or is it your own product/site? Conversion very much depends on the site, how well it's designed, the relevancy of the keywords and landing pages.

I would consider splitting into 3-4 adgroups, it's best practice to have 10-15 keywords in each adgroup. That way you may also write ads that reflect the keywords you are bidding on more accurately.
