How reliable is bing advertising?

I made two campaigns on bing ads and I choose postpaid.
Can you please tell me if they are to trust? Will they provide me clicks in search and content? Or if I've selected the postpaid way of payment the quality of traffic will be despicable?
This appears to be a total crap if you ask me but maybe I'm just paranoic.
My ads are now in pending and I got in touch with them... the live chat is ending often.
Please give me some help.

    The quality of the traffic depends entirely on which keywords you are bidding on, and which negative keywords you put in.

    What is it you are asking?
    Yes, bing ads is reliable. You will most likely need optimization within your campaigns in order for them to be succesful.

    Well Bing Ads are way cheaper than Facebook and AdWords. That should be a clue about the quality.

    Another problem is that the traffic is quite low and most keywords have low queries.

    Still many people are successful with Bing Ads especially if you choose only the Bing platform when you create your ads.

    Testing with Bing ads is not a bad idea. I am not sure why you already think this is a bad thing while your ads weren't even published.

    I choose good keywords and I let them to provide me with some keyword tips.
    They did eventualy come with a respons. My ads are now ON.
    Hope for conversions.
