    Definitely Google Adwords. But if you are not expert in PPC optimization, you will loose money. So I suggest start with Bing Ad, then try on Adwords.

      I agree with google adwords mainly because it is the largest PPC network and your Ads are displayed on the right and top sides of Google.com's search results page.Which makes them standout. You could also try Media.net because it targets keyword search terms and your Ad isdisplayed on Bing.com and Yahoo.com. In addition it attracts 151 million searchers in the U.S. alone...

    Google adwords is the largest target audience, but you shouldn't ignore the others, try to do it everywhere. One of our Facebook pages works perfectly, but Google AdWords doesn't give the same results.

    I know you asked for PPC network but honestly I work with many devs for both websites and software.

    The best place is a freelance jobs board where they find you leads and you bid on projects.

    Starting off you will have to take jobs at a cheaper rate because you won't have a reputation. As you build a portfolio of happy clients take larger and larger jobs and quit doing the 1 off jobs that pay little.

    I know over a dozen people locally where I live that source all their work on job boards and they do really well from it following the method I outlined above.
