I Need Help With 7search PPC

I am trying to promote CPA offer in 7search, I create 4 campaigns with different offers and Keywords,also Bid the highest price for those keywords.
Currently The CTR of my campaigns are 5-7%
I am getting Upto 200 clicks per day But No Conversions

First I thought My CPA offers may be not good so I use a landing page to check the opt-in rate.
I used same landing page with Facebook PPC and also with some free traffic source.And the opt-in rate was 70-75%

But In 7search with same landing page 0% Opt-in

Please, Can anyone help me with this. Is 7search traffic is fake or i am missing something!
What can i do now!

    ITS NOT fake buddy may be its not relevant for 7 search traffic that the offer you promoting try different sources of ppc......or if u want to try 7 search again my advice would you to try split test your landing pages and try again

      Thank you for your reply.
      But I already made a deposit in 7search account,I have to spend them,I have no other choice.
      Please suggest me some verticals or niches that good for 7search traffic.

    Hi kmezanur,

    While not all of 7search traffic is fake, a substantial portion of it may be.

    Fake traffic is not a problem, as long as the fake traffic isn't from clickbots. 7search has long been known for issues with clickbots and other invalid click activity.

    You need to dive deep into your marketing analytics data and block any all all poor performing publishers. Take a close look at the behavior of your users, coming from those publishers and if that are not engaging like a normal user block the publisher from your campaign.

    I suggest you to do split test with single change between identical landing pages. Might gonna help you to determine whats working wrong.

    7 search may not be a total fraud but i have heard of various things that suggest there their may be rouge practices that inflate the actual traffic. There are some grey areas so i would suggest to go for alternatives that have better reputation
