How to track squeeze page conversion with PPV?

Hello Gurus,
Okay what i am planning to do is to track my conversion of a email optin on getresponse with tracking202 using PPV to find out
1) Which is the domains/keywords that allows the pop-up optin landing page to convert(capture email)
Please guide as there is no postback url in getresponse as compared to usual affiliate network.
If there is other software or method to use please mention would be very interested to know!
