I am looking at a survey CPA offer and it has a good landing page and it loads quickly.

How do you make a landing page for an offer with a strong landing page that only requires an email submit.

Is it better to just go with banners. Can you direct link with banners?

    Why not just send the traffic directly to your CPA landing page? If you are part of an affiliate program that provides you with a unique affiliate URL then just have Bing Ads send your traffic there.

    I doubt you can make money with these offers, I tried and brough 160 leads to an email submit offer from max bounty but lost money, although my EPC on the network was 40 cents.

    But what I did is I used a page between the landing page and the offer that tells them to insert their email on the next page. That can help you a lot.
