My Day 1 and 2 results with paid traffic (looking for feedback)

Hi guys,
I am a new internet marketer on my 2nd day running paid traffic to CPA Offers and Affiliate Programs. Unfortunately I have been unsuccessful both days and would like some feed back from more experienced internet marketers that could advise me on the proper adjustments I should make to yield a profit.
Paid Traffic day 1 - Album on Imgur
The first day I drove 2500 visitors across 6 products/offers to no success. After having no success and looking to my account manager for advice he recommended I tried narrowing my keywords as they were too broad.
Day 2 results - Album on Imgur
The second day, I chose more anticipated and better selling offers, which I thought would garner a higher chance of receiving profit. Unfortunately that didn't work out, even after choosing better offers and narrowing my keywords.
Now I question my strategy and that's why I need feedback. Should I continue picking good and anticipated offers with narrowed keywords? I am using a URL scraper and placing 3000-5000 links in Media Traffic (I can't afford Lead Impact or Traffic Vance). Should I start building custom landing pages with an autoresponder to build a list for the offers?
