beginners luck or what?

hey guys first post and literally only made an account just for this post(been lurking for years)

so ive done AM back in the day like years ago with no luck thinking its all a sham blahblah.
well the past few weeks i studied my butt off to see the most recent whats new and how to's of the AM world.

ive been signed up with quite a few networks for years and still have my login info and all that.

the story
i log into peerfly...see an offer...research...research
keyword planning for a good hour
set up bing+adwords campaigns
load $$ and set up ads and make a simple landing page(adwords)
and boom...start

Ive spent $200 on advertising in the past 4-5 days and my account is sitting at $850.
SO about $650 profit in 4-5 days... is it that simple?
I mean really...this has to be complete dumb luck..
and if its not...then I guess im a prodigy(at least for this one offer)

also i cant seem to get the whole "scaling up"
ive set my bids for more and cleaned up my keyword list along with creating 2 seperate ad group with its own ads targeting different keyword niche(like targeting tires on the car and the other targeting the rim in the tire type of deal)

my CTR and CR have jumped up a bit from that but it just seems that I cant get A LOT of clicks to get CR's to skyrocket.

    Congrats on your first burst of success.

    The way you set up 2 separate ad groups with different keyword niches show that you have some knowledge of AM with bing and adwords rather than stuffing 1000 keywords in an ad group like most beginners did.

    You can get more clicks by targeting more keywords beside your current set of keywords.
    It will be helpful to set relevant and attractive ads to gather more clicks.

    Without more information, there is nothing I can do.

    But I hope this advice helps you in one way or another.

      so after my post and waking up the advertiser requested peerfly to pause my offer for quality issues and not enough backing out.

      just seems weird that over 50 valid conversions there wasnt enough backing out to justify continuing my offer?
      customer NEEDS to purchase for my conversion. i find it odd that even if half of them cancelled(doubt it) still doesnt justify continuing my offer. they are still profiting.

      got any insight on this situation or what I should do?

    just so were clear. i have been using tier1 traffic campaigns with narrow targeting using offer from peerfly.
    maybe they want a grace period to see if anyone cancels there purchase to justify moving forward?

    any advice would be great

    It is a well known fact that scrubbing exist in the industry to retain maximum profitability.

    Hence, I never encourage my students to go for leads but stick to making sales instead.

      wouldnt it technically be sales with this offer?
      customer enter CC. customer gets charged. i get the commission.

      ive read about scrubbing and I dont think it would be peerfly maybe the direct advertiser that would be looking at scrubbing a few. i dont know this offer was just working. lets hope they see my conversions were legit and they reinstate this offer and heck maybe a pay bump =]
