If I am planning to sell Health and Fitness digital product as an Affiliate Marketeer

What are the points which I should take care of.

Is there a possibility that buyer can sue me (marketer) if the product is not as described.

I am novice in this field and want to take extra precautions before I launch my first campaign

    If you treat affiliate marketing like a business, it will treat you back better than that.

    All I know is that if you start to go down the easier path with fake reviews, exaggerated descriptions and etc, it will probably not going to last very long.

    Ask yourself how will you feel if you buy an item that is not as described?
