How to see the exact keywords that converted in Adwords?

Hello

Is there a way to see the exact keywords that converted in adwords?

Imagine my keyword is


dog food

but the person actually typed in

organic dog food for puppies

Is there I way I can get that data?

    What you are looking for is called the Search Terms Report.

    That is something that you should be looking at on a frequent basis.

    "Keywords" and "search terms" are not the same thing.

    "Search terms" are what Google users type into Google Search to find things. A "keyword" is what advertisers use to trigger ads and typically target a group of search terms.

    To view your Search terms report:
    1. Sign in to your AdWords account.
    2. Click the Campaigns tab.
    3. Click the Keywords tab.
    4. Click the Search terms button.
    5. You'll see data on which search terms triggered impressions and clicks. To download the data in a report, click the download button .
