Bing Ads Blocked My account! HELP!

I created the (second) new account on Bing Ads. Added payment method and redeemed voucher for $200. After that my account was blocked (later found on forums that a lot of people was blocked after redeemed vouchers).

I returned to my old bing ads account and it was fine- logged in with no problem. But after when I changed payment method for this one which was on new account, this account was blocked also.
After many chats with support every time they sent me the same email

    How to Fix it?
    Ask to support and talk to them.

    Create a new account with

    - new card
    - new mail
    - new coupon if u have one
    - better new ip. (use vpn or proxy)

    The old account is closed and you can't get it back live. So create a new one with totally different payment information.

    This is funny Bing did the same sort of thing to me only differences they haven't blocked my account Every time I create an ad it doesn't seem to get traffic Nothing happens at all

    I have created a new account and added new fresh debit card wich my bank sent me. After typing card info I had a problem with authorization. Once again I asked to support what can be the problem and once again they send my account to review. A few hours later my account was banned. What to do?change IP, create a new account with wife info. Change personality and nation?Buy a car from the movie "Back to The Future"? Or give up?(NEVER)

    You are screwed and deservedly so. They are likely never going to let you have another account.

    You took an offer for a free $200 in advertising that was limited to new accounts. So you tried to create a new account to take advantage of them and redeem the offer. They figured it out and have a pretty strict policy against that kind of behavior.

    Basically, you tried to scam them out of $200. They caught on and decided that you are not the type of person they want to do business with.

    The only way you are ever going to get another Bing Ads account is to create a new business entity like an LLC or corporation, get new bank accounts setup for that business, use a different physical address for the business, and make sure there is no other way they can recognize it is you.

    If they get a whiff that it is the same person, they'll shut any accounts down they can tie to you. I don't blame them.
