How to create links/ads with AdWords for EBay affiliate program?

Ebay affiliate links look like:
"https://rover.ebay.com/etc..."
the user is then redirected to a different domain, for example:
"https://www.ebay.de/etc..."

Adwords does not approve your ad with affiliate link because the user is redirected to a different domain.
Can affiliate links be modified so that it uses the same domain as "original" URL?
What is the best solution?

    As far as I know ebay doesnt allow direct linking for affiliates through PPC. So I would be careful about that.

    To your queation. Make sure your landing page and final url both ends with a ebay.com domain. If that is the case it should be approved since both url types end with .com tdl regardless of subdomain (rover.ebay.com)
