Any good ppc network to promote mobusi, maxbaounty cpa offers?

hello everyone, i'm really disappointed on promoting mobusi, maxbaounty cpa offers i don't know what to do! i don't want to use facebook ads and google adword because they are expensive and they close accounts because they don't like cpa offers and bign ads is not suported on my country, so please do you suggest me any good ppc network that i can start with? i've tried popcash and i spend 25$ and no conversion what do you suggest me specially for mobusi network i found cpalead ppc anyone have tried it?

    What country do you live in?

    Here's something you can try if you want to use Bing.

    1. Get a VPS and download something like TorGuard so you can have an US IP address. Get a dedicated IP address that cost a couple bucks more a month.

    2. Have a friend signup for Bing account or you signup for a Bing Account using the VPS with the US IP. Only thing Bing really cares about is if you are a real person and that the money goes through when they charge you. So if you have a credit card add it to the account and run traffic.

    If you can get your hands on an AmericanExpress BlueBird card. It's accepted anywhere that accepts American Express. It's a very nice card to use. It cost around $4-$5 to activate in Walmart or you can try to order one online. It's not a real credit card but you get the benefits of a credit card.

      thank you so much gregorybaskin for your help, actually i'm living in morocco and my country does not allow to pay more than 1000$/year online, wich is not enough to start a business online, and paypal is not supported on bing for my country. i've tried to add payoneer to bing as a payment but it didn't work, i've talked to support and they told me that they don't accept prepaid cards
      so do you suggest any cards i can get it online so i can pay with it? this is the only thing that is stopping me from starting to use bing ads

        So, this is a little work around that problem.

        Only thing is I've not used it in another country so I don't know. This is accepted worldwide and I've used one of these cards in Bing with no problems.

        You'll have to figure out the next steps from here on how to get one.

        You can even or have people or networks deposit money to the card as well so it sort of acts like a bank account too.

    I heard some good things about siriustraffic. But I never tried them, so I just drop the name and maybe on here if you look specially for it you can find someone who has used it and knows if it's good
