I don't want to create a website, instead just use LeadPages Landing Pages for my PPC campaigns, is it possible? Do people usually do this?

    Hi tayyab123,

Yes, absolutely. Many people use Leadpages, Instapage, Unbounce, Clickfunnels, or other similar landing page platforms for PPC campaigns. That's precisely what those platforms were designed to do.

You can also publish pages created on those platforms to your CMS (Wordpress, Drupal,Facebook, or custom domain).

I have created entire websites with navigation menus and all the customary pages you would expect to find on a website using landing page tools. My favorite is Instapage as it has the very best page editing tool.

For PPC all you need is a landing page, a Contact US/About Us page and a privacy/terms page to be compliant with AdWords policy, though those can also be added as modal popup windows, so technically all you need is a single page to meet requirements.

    Hi tayyab123,

    Again the answer is yes.

Leadpages is certainly not the best landing page platform as it is not very flexible. You have to find a pre-built template that suits your needs. You can create as many different pages as you like, and link to each page. The main downside to Leadpages is that you cannot add elements to the page you can only edit them or delete them.

The main limitation is that you cannot create, only edit Leadpages. This is a huge limitation and will frustrate you when you have a template that is close but missing one crucial page element. You just can't use it.

You would be much better off using a platform from one of Leadpage's competitors. Instapage or Unbounce would be much better options. You can add page elements as needed on those other platforms, they are very flexible. Instapage would be my 1st choice as it is hands down the very best landing page editor for creating your own designs or modifying existing designs.

Here's a video that hints at the flexibility of Instapage.

And here's how easy it is to publish on Instapage, or your own domain name, without ever needing to have a hosting account outside of your Instapage account:
