    Yes you can but Bing does not allow the same url to show more than once at any given time. So if you and someone else promote the same url only one of you will be shown. Like said before, better send them to a squeeze page, landing page or blog.

    Better to use a landing page that at least warms up your visitors a little to your offer...

    Nothing major; maybe a list of bullet points. And focus on benefits, not features.

    You can go direct to lander... But that's like asking your blind date to get married when you first meet.

    Think of car buying... Do you want a sales guys that says 'get this car now" or the one that maybe answers a few of the most common questions about the car before you go for a test drive?
