Dynamic Display Ads with Ad Gallery on The Google Display Network

Hey Guys,
I'm running a Dynamic display ad in ad gallery on the Google Display Network.
I've entered all the required information and there are no issues with the bidding strategy but however, on submitting the layout suggested by Ad Gallery with the info, it does not save and continue.
Attached is a snapshot for you to get an idea.
Please suggest how I should continue.
I've just cleared the Display Exam with 83%.
