What is the best PPV Network?

Im very new to the whole eCommerce/Internet Marketing circle. I am trying to find what are the best PPV networks out there.

I got back with 50ored a while back.

Some warriors said the traffic quality has dropped but for they are going pretty good.

Hope this helps.

Also Mediatraffic they are worth a go, min to invest is $1000 upfront I think.

I believe 50onred is the only major left otherwise TrafficVance and Leadimpact used to be the go to networks when it comes to PPV traffic. I believe Mediatraffic is more geared towards starters but nothing major. Leadimpact is no more in business and TrafficVance has been taken over by Propel Media.
