Facebook Ads versus New Post Promotions (or post boosting)

Hey Friends.
I am clueless on the following in respect to facebook account.
1. I had been promoting my previous BO for quite some time and spend a lot on it using facebook ads. After that I had quit that opportunity and deactivated my ads related to that BO. Then as many requested to shorten my name as it was difficult to pronounce or remember my name. So I had shortened it on the same page. Now I am not able to promote my existing offers on FB using FB ads as it says my page is flagged. What does it mean? But frequently I get notifications to boost my new post and when I update all the required credentials, it shows I can promote my offer. I am promoting my new offers using FB Fan page.
2. I was also advised to open a new account and activate my FB ads again but as I use only one mobile no. for all my communications, I am not allowed to update the same no for my existing FB account and the new one that I have created.
Any advice on this asap would be highly appreciated.
