What kind of landing page do I need for this?

I'm trying Google Adwords Display Network for my traffic source. And I'm promoting digital clickbank products in my newsletter. I'm offer a free mini ebook to get people to sign up to my list. I would like to get a better idea what my landing page should look like for this traffic source. I searched for some examples but I couldn't find any.

Can anybody show me examples, either your own or somebody else's?

    cannot give you exact example, but it would be better to collecting the emial and give more content in your website, later on you can sell them product

    Is there some way to find websites that have ads on them from the google display network? If I could find sites with google ads on them then I could possibly find some examples of landing pages.
