Understanding Adwords Extension Cost

Just started a campaign and wanted to address something that has always bothered me. As you can see in my dashboard, I've received 6 clicks, spending $27.32.



However as you can see below as I'm looking at my extension performance, it says I've got 7 clicks totaling $33.78.



What gives? This has always confused me and I've never been able to find the answer. Maybe someone could help me out?

    if you launch it immediately with the extension then the cost should be same

    most probably the data is not fully updated, if you scroll down to the bottom, there is a little note that mention 18+ hours before you get complete data
