How-to Collect Facebook Member ID's From FB Groups For Custom Audiences...

I want to target "custom audiences", then import these highly-targeted members from some of the groups that I'm affiliated with. I wanted to know if this is against the FB TOS and if so, why? From what I understand, it would benefit both FB & the advertiser since we would be finding our own highly-targeted leads and greater clicks with ROI. Please let me know if this violates the terms & if so, then I will have to take another route I suppose. I want to do things right by asking the question first and playing by the rule book.
