Adwords - does unhiding a column unhide for all users?

Google adwords.
if a company has a column hidden in their adwords dashboard, for example quality score (hidden by default) and an assigned manager unhides the column, will the column then be visible to all users?
My experience to date is that no matter who accesses the dashboard, all users get the same view (provided they have access)... but I want to confirm with others...
