Google Display Network. Target CPA

I am testing some stuff on Google Display Network. Historically I turned it off because I wasn't confident the traffic was good. However I decided to make banners to see if I can get anything worth while out of it.

My questions:

Does anyone use ONLY Google display?

I setting a target CPA good enough to get Google to find the right placements?

How long should I expect Google to take to optimize the campaign?

  • Hi,

I worked on Google Display Network.

To use Target CPA you need to you have at-least 3o conversions in last 30days duration for that campaign.

Placements is different where you want to show your ads on that particular websites.

You need to have at-least 2 weeks data to optimize the campaigns, the more data the better we can work on the campaigns.

Please let me know if you have any queries.

    Thank You.

  • You need more than 30 conversions for Google to determine the right placements for target CPA.
I always go for at least 100 conversions for greater accuracy and lower cost.
