Take A Campaign Off Account And Put It On Another Account

I want to take a campaign off one Adwords account and put it on a new Adwords account by itself. Initially, all ads and settings will be the same, but I will be adding more keywords, ads, etc. The reason for the move is that I want to set up this campaign in a new business by itself.
Does anyone have any suggestions or tips about doing this? Do you see any problems, and If you do, how can I avoid them?
