Trying to sell PPC management to Realtors...need help!

Hi all, I am selling PPC services to real estate agents, teams and small brokerages and I'm struggling to find enough numbers to call. Right now I research an area to find enough searches for their strongest keywords then I do a search to see what ads come up. After I look at the ads to see who is screwing up I call them. This is a very long process and I generally can only make a handful of calls a day. Granted, I am having some luck but not enough to get ahead of it. Any suggestions?

    Hi Vince,

There are many things you can try, including "eating your own dog food" as they say in this business.

If you are good at PPC advertising then perhaps you could generate inbound leads using you PPC management skills? Just a thought. If you need ideas on how to generate B2B leads just ask away.

Another option would be to hire a virtual assistant to help you with your current process. Have them perform the research and prepare leads for you to call, with both of you doing it you should at least double your leads.

A third option would be to hire a dedicated sales rep. You can even outsource this by hiring a firm to generate leads for your business, or a sales rep agency to perform the sales calls, there are plenty of them out there, just Google it.

please let us know which direction you want to go and I'll try to help you with more specific pointers.

    HTH,

Thanks Don, the big problem right now is I'm broke so I need to find a way speed up my research or another way to reach out to more people. Any thoughts?

    Hi Vince,

Here are a few ideas to get you started.

Join and participate in Facebook groups that focus on real estate marketing. Offer help and free advice to get to know folks in the group. Be sociable, that's what Facebook is all about.

Look for graphic designers and web developers that specialize in crafting logos, branding and building websites for real estate agents. Offer services in exchange for referrals. Offer finders fees, or other incentives.

Join Fiverr and Upwork and list some gigs on there to get some work going for small projects. Then work referrals, small jobs often lead to much bigger projects.

    HTH,
