HELP! Trying To Run Facebook Ads For Affiliate Marketing Niche

Hey everyone!
My name is Ryan Scribner. I have a YouTube channel with 400k subscribers and I am a full time affiliate marketer.
I sell a course on affiliate marketing and I am trying to run cold traffic ads on Facebook but I am getting some major pushback from it.
The first time around, they disabled my entire ads account and I had to start completely from scratch. Lost all my custom audiences and pixel data.
I created a new ads account and then two weeks later they shut down all of my ads again.
They suspended our ability to create new ads (account is not shut down). Messaged the chat and they say it is due to a "profile" issue?
Going back and forth in the support inbox but they just copy pasting the same generic unhelpful message
