How can i track the valuable conversions?

Does anyone knows how i can track conversions that occur in the affiliate offer i promote through my website?
I am now running campaigns in google ads and i want to be able to optimise my campaigns based on the keywords that actually generated that conversion not the ones who just generated the click on the call to action.
I know that i can do that using tracking softwares like Voluum, Cake etc but how ? is there any alternative way to do it like a plug in or something?

    Your taking people from a site that have to your affiliate offer correct? I assume you have tracking set up on your site to track what keywords are getting you the clicks. One way is to contact the product owner and ask to place a line of code on the thank you page. My question is carring the keyword over from the initial click.
