Squeeze page for Google Ads?

Hello, a question for those of you with experience in Google Ads...
I intend to build a list using this advertising platform. So my plan is to send traffic to a simple squeeze page with a headline, a short copy and an email form.
However, this squeeze page is part of a larger site with articles, sales pages etc. The site has also pages with terms of use, privacy policy, contact info etc. as GDPR and Google regulations require. So I did NOT create a site just to collect email addresses (I know Google does not like that).
Question is: can I use that squeeze page as a landing page for Google Ads? Does it have chances to be approved?
