How to advertice cpa offers with cpa netoworks?

I was reading and watching vdos about promoting CPA offers,
particularly the easiest tasks - like pin submits,
I found a network called rapidworkers.com that seems capable to accept cpa offers from publishers and show them to affiliates,
to avoid risks, I created landing page on blogger (google free blog) - clean and well presentable,
the amounts to be deposited to start promoting also reasonable,
but, before I started, I sent to them an email asking some questions, and suggestions from them along with the link of my landing page, but their feeback is far away from what I asked,
then asked them again, their answer also seems to be dodgy and not making sense to trust this platform,

My question here, is this network trusted to make real money by promoting Maxbounty, CPA Grip, and Peerfly offers ?
is there any other similar platform (quality and guaranteed) to set your cpa offer and promote, payment bases on the action?
please advise and share your experience
