YouTube ads in the mental health niche

Hi all,

I'm a hypnotherapist who helps people with a specific niche mental health disorder.

Because I'm not a "qualified" therapist and in a similar category to a life coach, would this mean YouTube ads would be a no go for me due to rules like:

"you must not entice users to part with money or information through a fictitious business that lacks the qualifications or capacity to provide the advertised products or services"

Or is it worth a go?

Does that describe you or not? Are you qualified legally to offer the service you are offering? If some here say 'worth a go' and 'go for it' - doesn't change the outcome if YouTube see it as a violation.

If you're not a qualified therapist, then legally you might not be qualified to offer the services you have.

You need to be legally qualified to do so, but if you are still confused that they will accept it or nor, you can just give a shot once, at least that will gives questions to all your answers.
