Where do I start with optimizing my review page ?

A lot of competition so I know it is working.
So far I have spent 6 times the payout and no conversions.

So what do I optimize? How do I know if I need to optimize?
I have lucky orange heatmaps installed to record visitors, I see people are reading, engaging with the content. They are clicking and going to the offer page.

Now what?

    Where on the offer page are you losing them and how long are they spending on the offer page. You should be able to tell from the Lucky Orange heatmap. Maybe provide the name of your website so we can give more informed advice (don't post the link).
