Asking for advice for keyword research automation + My keyword map template

Hello,
My name is Mehdi Malekzade. I'm working in SEO since 2012.

Lately, I've noticed that I am spending too much time on keyword research and content design. As a result, both link building team and content team are waiting for me all the time!

I reviewed my documents to find opportunities for any optimization and automation. I came up with a keyword dashboard much more automated and organized.
But I'm still doing lots of things manually. Like finding the "target landings" for "keyword groups" and defining the "keyword groups" and "keyword intents". I'm using this data to design content for production and plan the link-building activities.

I was wondering if anyone has any advice or solution for me.

    If this is job-related (working for someone else rather than self-employed) - perhaps the 'job requirements' are not well distributed. If you get the research wrong - by relying on automation to make those decisions for you - might not be worth placing ads and getting links.



    I'd think parts of the process NEED the human intelligence to define them....research takes longer than placing an ad...that's not surprising.

    Few things still required to do them manually, though we can automate them but we are not satisfy by doing so.

    So don't worry about it, just automate only those things that work perfectly after automation.
