Bemob didn't record 2 conversions for me

Hi all, I'm running push ads to a COD product.

I'm using Bemob as my tracker.

According to my affiliate network backend, I got 2 sales today.

The problem: Bemob didn't record the conversions. It says 0 in the statistics area.

What should I do? I'm sure I installed the postback url properly and setup the tokens properly.

I'm lost.

Can you please help?

Have you got your post back setup properly ? I'd double check my postback and see if its being fired

  Thx for the response. I have the postback urls setup properly.
  
  One thing to note, is that my 'sales' are all on hold. It takes time for the product to be delivered to the customer. Perhaps that's why Bemob hasn't recorded these holds as sales because my COD affiliate network hasn't either.

It would only make sense if SALES were recorded when completed....unless they have 'sales pending' list. Otherwise you would have marketers saying 'I had a sale but now it's gone'.
