      There are no such rules.

      The website should not look like it exists solely for the purpose of capturing personal information like email.

    IMO, this is fine as long as you spend the time to build out your site to be a quality site with many pages and lots of unique content.. If you do this you should be fine

    I know this is a late post but I worked on the AdWords Support Team for 2 years and unless something has changed I would stay away from ClickBank if you are using AdWords, Even a well designed site with good content can risk suspension if it links to a site that Google has suspended from AdWords. The policies in Google can sometimes be vague but I have seen many AdWords accounts permanently suspended as a result of being associated with ClickBank.
