i have tried miva and got over 500 clicks and the page view was zero does this mean click fraud . and which is the pay per click program i can use

Google adwords is the most popular ppc advertising i believe. Google gets most of the search engine traffic, so this might be the best place to start.

I tried a inexpensive ppc site once. I paid for X amount of clicks and submitted my ad. They went through my clicks in a matter of hours and sent me a message saying I needed to add funds. I think it was around 200 clicks in 4 hours. They never got any more of my money. It doesn't mean click fraud it means company fraud.

Google, Yahoo, and MSN are the only ppc ads I use now.
