I just thought I would inform you that Host4Profit support is by far the best support on the Internet! (Well except for our PIPS support, Pat) My programmer had a question that I did not know the answer to so I sent in a support ticket at 11:29 PM, I got my ticket conformation email and my answer was right behind it. Both stamped with 11:31 PM! How cool is that? I just thought I would share that with you, and I'll let you know that I'm one happy customer! Have a great day, |

Hi, Bill: Thanks for sharing this positive news. I've seldom had a problem with H4P, but on the few rare occasions that I have had a question or a concern, they have been quick to respond. More than that, they have always been friendly and professional (not like that extremely unprofessional fella Alan has had the displeasure of dealing with at Qassia!) I appreciate reading your positive comment for another reason: most often, we come to forums looking for answers to problems. Sometimes, that can create a bit of a negative vibe around the issue although we come seeking a positive outcome and often do achieve it, thanks to other helpful and knowledgable forum members. Yes, thanks for some good news today. I do agree with you 200% on Host4Profit as well. They do go out of their way to help people - in fact I often have to tell them it is not their job to fix blogs, and all sorts of things that have nothing to do with hosting. I am so used to 'it's not my job' mentality that it is almost shocking to find people that are the opposite consistently. For 5 years as a customer and this is my 4th year working for PIPS, I can honestly say I couldn't get along without their help and moral support. Way, H4P! |

Hi Bill, Thanks for sharing some good news with us. I also agree that H4P support is excellent. When I was in the process of switching hosts, I was emailing support over the weekend. I really didn't expect a reply until Monday, but not long after, I received a reply. I emailed replies several times after and got prompt replies. This was both Saturday and Sunday! That speaks pretty highly of them. |

Yes I agree with everyone here I too have had great support from H4P even till the last day I switched to Hostgator. Unfortunately I couldn't stay longer with them as I just couldn't afford them anymore as I added quite a few new domains recently. I just cannot afford their additional $5.00 per new domain added. But that's another story. They do provide very excellent support and help.

I totally agree with you guys too. I have been with H4P for a few years now and all I can say is that they are great. They have great customer service. If I send them an email at let's say 11:00am EST, I always get an answer back before 2:00PM est the same day. Love their service. Tal |

Hello: I agree - H4P has always been reliable and the rare occasion I have contacted them for support they responded quickly. I am happy. Some customers are transferring out of H4P for less expensive service providers - that is the nature of a competitive business. Over in another forum thread, a few PIPS members noted that it is possible to transfer your hosting away from H4P but still qualify to earn commissions from your H4P customers. I believe you have to be with H4P for a minimum three months before you can qualify to do this. Here's what Patricia posted about it:

I agree with you all, but not only are they great on their support, but they are awesome individuals with understanding hearts. During these tough times, I inquired about other plans so not to have to move to another host and they immediately responded with a lower monthly fee foregoing the $10 commission on referrals. Hi Bill, I agree with your comments, I found H4P to be very friendly and professional on the rare occasions I had to contact them. I transferred to Hostgator purely for practical reasons as I wanted to host mutiple sites which I can now do for one fee but if the situation changed I wouldn’t hesitate to go back, cheers, Mal. |
