Getting this error with Getresponse when trying to test my newsletter: We've run into a problem -- please see if you can fix it! Autoresponder doesn't exist or has been deactivated. This is a permanent error. Cannot continue. |

I still don't know who you are. It would be best if you contact the helpdesk - We have been having issues since July 4 when they did an upgrade. As far as I know all the new accounts should be working right. Please contact the helpdesk. Click my signature. |

Sorry, I figured it out. Had to tweak some code, but I think I have it.

(edited) - the code needs to be exactly like it is input on the site. Your username plus "-gr" is the campaign name. this needs to match exactly what I set up in Getresponse (and this was my most recent challenge to get that new process in my head). |

What would not be valid at all? You can test it here if you'd like: Home Business Ideas and Opportunities at EasyHomebasedBusiness.org Just an fyi, the code as it exists on the site will not work with Safari. If you change "category1" to the newer "campaign_name" then it works. It looks like they updated the field names with the new forms and the old ones still work, but not with Safari. |

I don't know Safari so you could be right - Thanks for that tip in case I get people with Safari problems My real concern is this: value="easyhomebasedbusiness-gr" (new accounts) (old were not allowed hyphens) that is what has to match what is set up on Getresponse As for the rest, I deal with the problems when people change the codes arbitrarily.* It sounds like you know what you are doing - sorry to sound condescending. *not to mention they have driven me nuts this past week with all the bugs, glitches, changes to the process - both with new and old accounts. |

No, you don't sound condescending at all. I am entirely capable of screwing it all up I kept the campaign value the same and just changed "category1" to "campaign_name". Thanks for your help.
